When 'tolerant' Sonia-Rahul promote 'intolerance'

In November 2015 Congress party led by its President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Vice-President Rahul Gandhi led a deputation of prominent Congress leaders to the President of India protesting against the atmosphere of "intolerance" in the country. Congress also generated a great din within the Parliament, too, on the issue.
Later, for three-four days during the last week Congress MPs led by the Sonia-Rahul duo have not allowed the Parliament to function in protest against the summons issued to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Rahul and other senior Congress leaders by a Delhi court on a private complaint by Dr. Subramaniam Swamy. The summons were issued following scrutiny by the court of documents and the evidence after it found a prima facie case against the accused under section 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating) read with section 120B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC." The Congress has called the summons a "political vendetta".
All the accused went in appeal to the Delhi High Court (HC)against the order of the court for summoning them as accused.  Observing that the conduct of Congress office-bearers named in the National Herald case “smacks of criminality”, the Delhi High Court dismissed the appeals filed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi, vice president Rahul Gandhi and five others against summons to face trial.
On the one hand, Congress was quick to say that they will file appeal against the HC order in the Supreme Court and, on the other, a defiant Sonia Gandhi went bold to declare: “I am the daughter-in-law of Indira Gandhi. I am not scared of anyone. I am not disturbed.”But who is this "anyone" she is not scared of — the court, the law or the people?
With this defiance are the Congress and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi not generating in the minds of the general public a sense of intolerance against the judiciary and the rule of law? Does it also not amount to promoting infidelity against the system by law established — and that too within the "Temple of Democracy" by a section of the law-makers themselves —a negation of what the Congress is fighting against?                                                                                        ***
P.S. Later both Mrs. Gandhi and Rahul alongwith others appeared in the court and were released on bail.
